The Director's of Operations are the senior position with operational and technical responsibilities.
This position has the duty of developing and maintaining fiscal operational budgets,
as well as a calendar of operations that details the function and
activities related to the teams underneath. The technical side of this position makes the individual responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of player and team training programs for the Club.

Director of Coaching:
Coaching Director is a senior position with operational responsibilities. This position has the duty of
developing and maintaining teams and communications between locations. He will create calendar
of operations that details the function and activities related to the teams underneath. The technical
side of this position makes the individual responsible for overseeing the development and
implementation of player and team training programs for the Club alongside the technical director.
