Parowan Registration

Registration is now open!
All Registrations continue to be completed online using the eSignature process.
Click on the Register Now button at the top of the website to complete your form.

If you don't want to pay online, visit us at our registration event.

Registration Date & Location:
May 9th from 6 to 8 PM at the Parowan Library
(see map for location)

Cost:
Register by May 31st and pay the Early Bird fee!
Schoolyard (3-4 year olds) - $60/player
Core program (5-18 year olds) - $75/player
VIP (special needs) - $35/player

We are offering a $5 sibling discount for additional players.

Register between June 1st and July 31st and pay $100/player.

Registration includes: AYSO membership, supplemental accident insurance,
uniform, PLAYSOCCER magazine and an end of the season award.
